Discover the essence of true espresso perfection with Sergio Espresso, exclusively sourced from Fortuna Enterprises. Our journey began in 2006 when the owner, after experiencing local espresso from Nasi, approached us with a proposition: βWe want your espresso business!β With a condition that they tailor their roasting to our discerning palate, we embarked on a nine-month odyssey of taste testing. Through meticulous experimentation with a blend of five premium beans, we sculpted the quintessential espresso roast.
Tragically, shortly after our tasting journey concluded, Sergioβs father, the namesake of our beloved espresso, passed away. In his memory, Sergio Espresso was born. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond taste; weβve been pioneers in crafting the ultimate espresso experience on the East Coast.
Today, we proudly brew up to 100 pounds of Sergio Espresso per week across all our locations. Each sip is a testament to our dedication as we meticulously handcraft every drink, shot by shot. Hereβs to Sergio β a legacy brewed to perfection.
